The Practicing Lady
A Unique Philosophy
The Full Story
Through this brand I hope to help women find healing through mind, body, soul and spirit.
We are all hurt and broken at times, I want to create a healing community for exactly that.
For me healing comes from within, with prayer and self care. But that is not the case for everyone. That is why I want to share a little but of what helps me, so it hopefully helps someone.
I want you to know that I will never sell a product or endorse something I did not first hand try and experience.
I want this to be a safe space for all ( religious or non religious). Where we can learn from each other and heal together.
Let's heal together, to be beautiful not only on the outside but also on the inside!
Look up, and stay prayed up.
Amen.
For me healing comes from within, with prayer and self care. But that is not the case for everyone. That is why I want to share a little but of what helps me, so it hopefully helps someone. I not only pray, but I practice.
I believe there is power in prayer and meditation.
During this pandemic I have had a lot of time to meditate and pray on what to do next.
And God has been speaking to me.
I am a practicing Roman Catholic millennial woman, and from what I have researched and experienced there are not a lot of us out there, and that’s okay.
I was born and raised Catholic and luckily I have little to no negative church and mass experience unlike many others who no longer practice.
It honestly breaks my heart to hear someone feels that way about going to church (had a bad experience or they just don’t “feel it”.
I myself was able to attend and experience a Catholic private school education, and I had the time of my life. It was in college and I made lifelong friendships all while learning about who I am.
As a journalist I read a lot, and there is always an article out there on anything you can think of.
